Leadership-Technology-Entrepreneurship-Economic Growth

Growing leaders in entrepreneurial ventures

I had the privilege to spend the morning with a group of new and potential entrepreneurial leaders who are looking to become better connected to others who share their interests.  During this time we talked and discussed the methods they could employ to not only grow their own leadership skills, but where they can draw upon other resources for their start up organizations.

I found it fascinating that these stellar scientists and entrepreneurial advocates were so hungry to learn more about self-improvement and leadership development.  I sometimes think that I get too hung up on the value of leadership in our world, but I was excited to see that so many others had the same interests.

Our world, and our country, are too full of “act alike-think alike” politicos and governmental hacks who continually try to convince the masses that our government holds the answers to their ills.  On the contrary, our government is the largest impediment to our success and the more we can do to minimize and streamline government will make economic growth a reality.

Consider this-would you buy stock in the United States government if it were available on an exchange?  I think not!!!

That should say it all.
