The PC, in combination with the ‘Net and Social Media, are redefining just what is “personal” and what is “corporate” and this will be defined and redefined over the coming years.
More workers will begin to work remotely, only muddying the waters of this river more. It will soon be hard to deterermine what is personal and what is business.
Is it based on the time of day?
Is it based on the equipment used?
Is it based on the network used?
Employers and employees both need to keep their eyes and ears open when determining what to say or type, where to send it and how to share it.
