twitter_blk_bkgrdThe article at this link is an interesting description of how several companies, some successful and some trying to be successful, are using Twitter to better communicate with their clients.  I find it to be timely and just one more example of how Twitter, and many social network tools, can be used to better open the doors that divide us and to provide even more methods that will allow free flow of conversation and feedback.

I continue to find more ways to use Twitter with each engagement I work on.  My most recent searches have included a link to a Box.net folder that contains more information about searches I am currently working on.  This allows almost any person who sees my “tweet” or my Facebook  status update the ability to gather more information about my client’s needs.  I find that to be of great value.

Stay tuned and I will talk about more uses for Twitter-tweet ‘ya later!
