Dan Ryan's View-The Intersection of Leadership and Technology

I hope you had a great Easter weekend and I trust that all is well.  I am writing today with renewed enthusiasm and vigor due to the fact that I feel more optimistic than I have for quite some time.  I give thanks for all of my optimistic thoughts  to my Lord and Savior, and not to any governmental entity, regardless of party.

The vast majority of my work is in the Retained Executive Search and Leadership Consulting area.  I also do a growing amount of work in helping people understand how to utilize and leverage Social Media and Social Networks for their own person good as well as for their business.  My optimism comes from the fact that I am seeing more interest and activity on all of those listed fronts.  People are not sitting around and twiddling their thumbs, but most are proactively seeking ways to better themselves and seeking the best, most efficient ways to do this.

I will keep you informed as things develop.  I hope you too are feeling some of this enthusiasm and optimism.  While there is always optimism that occurs with the coming of Easter and the promise that brings, there is also hope on the human front that once again America is responding to the times and that Americans can be resilient and flexible in growing and changing.
